High compression loads at the base of an unusually slender 140-foot tall stone spire caused oriented cracking and inter-wythe separation to occur at the base of the spire as the heavily loaded stonework shifted and detached itself from the rubble back-up construction.

VoidSpan Port Anchors and injected PHLc70 grout were used to tie and bond the base of the spire back together, thus stabilizing a condition that was becoming unsafe.
